Our two-night stay was an epic culinary adventure! The breakfast spread is to die for. the porridge was mouthwatering, served with a view of the breathtaking hot air balloons soaring in the distance. The staff, particularly Ali, were not just accommodating but went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even organizing our balloon ride cancellation seamlessly!
We don't want to say negative things because we had an amazing stay, but if we do have to say something for improvement, the bathroom light could be brighter, and the shower pressure was a bit low.

I enjoyed my stay in my cave-themed room with a comfy bed. Watching the sunrise and hot air balloons from the terrace was a highlight. The friendly staff provided warm ponchos when I walked around this charming town, which made the experience special. The breakfast spread included cheeses and fresh vegetables, enhancing the local culinary experience. As a couple from Italy, I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the chance to explore.
The bathroom could use better ventilation. I noticed some cigarette smoke during breakfast, which was distracting.

The breathtaking views from the terrace provided a stunning backdrop each morning as the hot air balloons took flight. The support from the staff was exceptional, especially with arranging our balloon ride. However, the shower pressure could use improvement, and the room lighting was a bit dim, making it less convenient. Breakfast featured a delightful array of fresh and seasonal products, enhancing the overall experience.

The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, especially with the hot air balloons launching in the morning. The staff went beyond by providing us with warm ponchos when we explored Goreme. Overall, the kids loved exploring the charming garden.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be better suited for families with children.
